Five pockets, and a zipper across the top. Two deep external pockets that hold a water bottle upright on either side, plus an 8 x 8 inch zip pocket inside and two open 6 inch pockets with a divider between them. The top zips shut with long, easy-to-grab pulls.
Structured and boxy. 16 inches wide, 13 tall, with a 7 inch base — the deepest footprint of any tote in the range, which is why it stands up on its own instead of folding over when you set it down.
Heavy organic cotton canvas that's soft to the hand rather than stiff. Certified organic through GOTS (Control Union CU1165282) and made in Fair Trade Certified™ factories in India — which means no toxic chemicals used in processing, and labor protections for the people who make it.
Reinforced cotton handles, with a 24 inch drop for carrying over the arm or on a shoulder.
Made by hand. Slight variations in size and small visible imperfections are normal. These ship without plastic bags or excess packaging, so they occasionally arrive with a fold or a mark from the journey. Zipper tape and thread are polyester; everything else is organic cotton.
Care. Spot clean with a soft damp cloth, or machine wash separately in cold water. Line dry or tumble on low. No bleach, no dry cleaning.
