All purchases are completed through third party retailers and are subject to their terms, return policies, and warranties.Because we partner with brands and vendors in different ways, return policies depend on how the item was purchased. Below you’ll find a clear explanation of what to expect.

Purchased Through an Affiliate Link?


If you completed your purchase on another retailer’s website:

- The retailer processed your payment.

- They fulfilled and shipped the
order.

Please contact that retailer directly for returns or exchanges. If you’re unsure where an item was purchased, you can find the item in your registry.

Purchased on SaltoHealth.com?


If you checked out directly on our website:

- Payment was processed by Shopify  

- Your item was fulfilled and shipped by one of our vendor partners. 

We can provide instructions based on the vendor’s specific return policy, including:

- Return eligibility 

- Condition requirements 

- Return shipping instructions 

- Exchange availability (if applicable)

To request a return:

- Email us at returns@saltohealth.com 

- Include your order number and reason for return 

- Contact us as soon as possible as vendors requirements differ (most offer 30 days, some 15 days and even 7 days for others)  

 


Please note:

- Refunds will go back to the original form of payment 

- Refunds & Exchanges are set by the vendor, not Salto Health, and are subject to change.  

- Some items may not be eligible for return due to their personal-use nature, hygiene standards, or applicable regulations. Return policies may vary by product and supplier. 

- Some personal care items may be final sale.

- Items must be unused and in original packaging unless defective.

- Original packaging and proof of purchase may be required.

- Return shipping costs may vary depending on the vendor.

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item, purchased on www.saltohealth.com arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Include photos of the item and packaging.

- We will coordinate directly with the vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Many items offered through Salto Health are comfort and care products selected with intention. We strongly encourage reviewing sizing, product descriptions, and vendor policies before purchasing.
