First, congratulations on creating your Support Registry on Salto Health.
That’s a meaningful step.
By creating your registry, you’ve already:
-
Reduced the mental load of coordinating help
-
Given people a clear way to show up
-
Made more space to focus on healing
Now, the next step is simple but critical: share it.
Why Sharing Matters
When someone says, “How can I help?” - it can be hard to answer in the moment.
Your Salto Support Registry answers that for you.
Instead of guessing, your friends and family can:
-
Choose something meaningful
-
Send support directly
-
Feel confident they’re helping in the right way
Start Small if that feels more comfortable
Share with:
-
5–10 close supporters
(family, close friends, inner circle)
You don’t need to send it to everyone right away. But if someone asks “How can I help?” (and they will) you’ll have an easy way to help them provide meaningful support.
You can also:
-
Share it with a few trusted people
-
Let them pass it along when others ask how to help (Make sure it is “public” or you will need to also provide a password for loved ones to purchase)
You don’t have to carry the sharing alone.
Step 1: Get Your Registry Link
Log into your Salto Health account and click the “Share” icon.

You’ll get a personalized link to your registry.
Step 2: Copy the Link
Copy your registry link so you can paste it wherever you want to share it:
-
Text message
-
Email
-
Group chat
-
Social post
Step 3: Share It Simply
You don’t need the perfect words. Keep it easy.
Here are a few examples you can use:
Simple and direct:
“We created a support registry on Salto Health to make things a little easier during this time. If you’ve been asking how to help, this is the best place 💛”
Gentle share:
“Thank you for all the love and support. We put together a small registry with things that would really help right now.”
Low pressure:
“No pressure at all, but sharing in case it’s helpful - this is what we could use most right now.”
Step 4: Keep Sharing Over Time
Here’s something many people don’t expect:
Support is often strongest in the first couple of weeks—then it naturally fades.
But your needs don’t.
Treatment changes. Side effects shift. New challenges come up.
That’s why your Salto registry is designed to evolve with you.
👉 Most people start with 10–15 items
👉 Then add or update items over time
Think of your registry as your 8–12 week support plan—one that can change as you go.
And it’s okay to share it again.
You can say:
“We’ve updated our registry as things have changed—sharing again in case anyone has been asking how to help lately.”
“As treatment continues, we’re realizing we could still really use support. Thank you for being here.”
Step 5: Let Others Help Share
You don’t have to do this alone.
If it feels easier, ask a friend or family member to:
-
Share your link
-
Respond to people who ask how to help
-
Help keep support going
What Others Are Saying
“It turned a lot of ‘thinking of you’ texts into real, tangible support. That made a bigger difference than I expected.”
“I didn’t realize how much mental energy I was spending answering ‘What do you need?’ until I made a Salto registry. It took that pressure off completely.”
“I kept saying ‘we’re okay’ when people asked how to help. The registry made it easier to actually say yes.”
